Outcry Auctions

Auctions have been held ever since someone had something to sell and more than one person wanted it. We hold these at our premise with an auctioneer calling to an audience.

We combine this with live streaming to a larger audience wherever there is an internet connection. Our system can be set up anywhere we can get an internet connection.

Our auctions reach well over 200 registered bidders per auction all interactively bidding on the same item as it is presented. A clerk sitting beside the auctioneer watches for online bidders and acts in the bidders interest while working closely with the auctioneer for a smooth seamless sale.

Online Auctions

With the ease and wider use of online bidding we present items for sale online using a quick and simple process for bidders to enjoy an auction from the comfort of home. Bidding is anonymous and can be done in small increments or a larger auto bid can be placed early and left for the auction. Not all items suit an online auction and we will be able to assist you with this.

More specialised items, bulk stock, direct sales these can be included in a TIMED ONLINE AUCTION. Bid anonymously, place an absentee bid and forget or wait till the bitter end and pip your opponent at the post.

Onsite Auctions

From 100 lots to 1000 we can set up our professional services in your office, warehouse or yard. This option is cost effective, easy to set up and generates great interest. Contact our office to see if your site is the next big thing.

Stock Disposal

End of Line product, Over Supply, Cancelled Orders or Asset Realization we can work with you to achieve the best outcome. Utilizing both locations for wider coverage along with our bidder friendly system we can provide a quick solution for you.

Valuations

Valuations are based on our previous sales history of over 3,500,000 items, information gathered from recent sales, information gathered from people who know similar items (including manufacturers & suppliers). They take into account influences such as age, tax depreciation, condition, usage, current desire of similar items.

Desktop estimates are free of charge and generally a bulk figure.

Depending on the size of the job, Written Valuations start at $500 + GST and may include charges such as travel and an hourly rate depending on your requirements.

We are able to provide a simple over the phone desktop valuation or full written report for finance, solicitors, insurance or sale of assets, we have in depth information available to provide you with current and accurate information

Online Tenders

Present your items with full description and photos to the public with a set price or guide without all of the paperwork or forms to be sent back. If the offer is to low it will be automatically rejected, if the price is right the item will sell.

Ideal for larger one off items, businesses or bulk stock sales

Liquidation

Not as bad as it sounds - it could be as simple as a company closure rather than in distress. We work with a number of liquidators throughout the North Island and our 2 branches can react quickly to your requirements.

IT Cleaning/Data Erasure

We provide a service to wipe and clear IT equipment for a wide range of clients – NZ Police, Navy, Liquidators, Sports teams and private use owners. To achieve this we use a military grade system removing all of your personal information before sale. Any electronic device can be cleaned (phones to servers) and a written report can be provided for your own security. Let our staff know when you bring your items in for sale.
